To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging (if applicable).

Custom-made or personalized items (e.g. with your own design) cannot be returned, unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

To return an item, please contact us at info@fundedream.com with your order number. We will provide you with return instructions. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund within 14 days.

📦 Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty or we made a mistake.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving it. Include clear photos of the item and the packaging. We’ll resolve the issue as soon as possible — either with a replacement or a full refund.

❌ Items that cannot be returned include customized or made-to-order products, items damaged due to misuse or improper handling, and used items.
